Application is Not as Described

An application is "not as described" if it is materially different from the application description or preview. If the application is not as described, we are obligated to refund buyers of that item.

Application Doesn't Work as Expected

If an application doesn't work as expected and cannot be easily fixed, we are obligated to refund buyers. This includes situations where the application has a problem that would have stopped a buyer from purchasing it if they had known about the issue. If the application can be fixed, we will update it promptly; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Application Has a Security Vulnerability

If an application contains a security vulnerability and cannot be easily fixed, we are obligated to refund buyers. If the vulnerability can be fixed, we will update the application promptly. If the issue is not resolved within an appropriate timeframe, a refund will be issued.

Application Support is Promised but Not Provided

If we promise application support and fail to provide it in accordance with our support policy, we are obligated to refund buyers who have purchased support.

No Refund Scenarios

If the application is materially similar to its description and works as expected, refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Buyer doesn't want the application after purchase.
  • The application did not meet the buyer's expectations.
  • Buyer is not satisfied with the current feature availability.
  • Buyer simply changes their mind.
  • Buyer purchased the service by mistake.
  • Buyer lacks sufficient expertise to use the application.
  • Buyer requests a goodwill refund.
  • Problems originate from the API provider.
  • No refund will be provided after 30 days from the purchase date.

Force Refund

We reserve the right to issue a force refund without a buyer's request. A force refund will revoke access to the application and support by deactivating the purchase code immediately.

Refund Request

If a buyer is eligible for a refund, they must open a support ticket to initiate the process.
